Vancouver - June 1, 2023 - BOLDLY joins the Canadian Media Producers Association for their originals arm.

With a wealth of creative projects on the go outside of their commercial branch, BOLDLY ORIGINALS has launched with a membership in the CMPA. The originals arm will take IP, content creators, writers, and directors to match up with their marketing machine to package up projects to go to finance, production, and distribution. Already, the company has projects with A-list name talent including: Finn Wolfhard (Netflix / Stranger Things), Adam DiMarco (HBO / The White Lotus), and Jodi Balfour (Apple / Ted Lasso).

As the company ramps up production on original narrative projects, fresh successes with several projects on the world stage have been highlighted: DIFFERENT THAN BEFORE won the Jury Prize at SXSW 2023, PACO won two Golden Sheafs at the Yorkton Film Festival - The oldest film festival in Canada, and SEND THE RAIN won a DGC (Director's Guild of Canada) Award for Best Short Film.

The company plans to elevate creative projects by visionary directors, and ultimately promote BC-made films to the global commercial audience. A slate of original feature films are currently in development.
